• Filters-; 20µ, 10µ, 5µ, 3µ, 0.3µ as per EU or ISO standards.
• Design of areas as per Grade D, C , B or ISO 8, 7 & 5 as per international guidelines.
• Dehumidifier with heat recovery wheel & Humidifier.
• Air distribution i.e. ducting, insulation, damper, fire damper, diffusers & grills.
• Chilled water, hot water, condenser and refrigerant piping.
• HVAC Power & Control panel, cabling and instrumentation.
• Duct able and Hi Wall Split air conditioning unit.
• Qualification and validation work.
• Execution of Total low side and high side HVAC projects.

Scope of Electrical work :

• HT Work with two pole or four pole structure with CTPT, HT Breaker, Transformer.
• Power distribution panel i.e. LTPCC, MCC, MPDB, MLDB, PDB, LDB.
• HT & LT Cable Schedule and Cable Selection.
• Lighting calculation and light fixture selection.
• Earthing and lightening arrester grid.
• Street light and external lighting.
• Power, LAN, Telephone distribution network.
• Installation & Commissioning of equipment i.e. Transformer, DG set, UPS and etc.
• Liasoning with Electricity board for load sanction and charging of Transformer , DG Set and other equipments.
• Execution of Total HT and LT Electrical projects.

Scope of  Mechanical Piping & Erection work  :

• P & ID, Piping Distribution plan, Isometric view and MTO.
• External and internal pipe rack fabrication and erection.
• Fabrication and erection of IBR and Non IBR Piping.
• Fabrication and installation of fire hydrant network.
• Equipment rigging and installation.
• Painting to Structure and piping as per Code.
• Positioning & Installation of Instrumentation.
• Cold and Hot Insulation with or without cladding.
• Liasoning with IBR authorities, CCOE approval for tank forms and Fire Inspector approvals.
• Execution of Total Mechanical piping and erection projects.
